Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we do not. We are private pay, but do offer a superbill receipt.
What is a superbill?
A receipt of the service provided that you are able to submit to your insurance company for a percentage of reimbursement. We provide upon request and reimbursement is determined by the insurance company.
How do I book an appointment?
